Once both you've 'used' them both you can start a new scene by going into the 'see the girls menu'. Choose the first girl who will lead the scene and then click the option that says something like 'Girl 2' or 'second girl' when you've selected both girls you can start the new scene. You should have an option at the bottom of the actions list on the left side of the screen that says '3 some' or something to that effect.
