Worth noting: The five hardest questions for each domain from the 11th Hour book seem to be taken from the end of chapter questions in this book. I took off one start because there were a few concepts missing in this book that were on the exam. Kelly Handerhan's superb videos filled in the gaps. I only found questions that referenced material I wasn't familiar with, which I have to chalk up to a test question. I purchased this book two weeks before my scheduled test as my final study material.
It delivered. I was able to quickly read through each chapter and it was thorough and to the point. There was no fluff or jokes, perfect for what I was looking for.
I recommend this book if you have actual infosec experience and just want a good book without fluff to get you through this test.
Can't argue with success, right? I think this book is seriously out of date. There was a LOT of material on the test that isn't in this book. I think I only passed by reading each question very carefully, eliminating the obvious wrong answers and guessing among the rest. I had to guess way too much! I don't know what my final score was because they only give it to you if you fail, but it must have been REAL close.
Bottom line, unless you have an extensive IT background like methis book isn't enough. If you bought the Eric Conrad 11th hour then you will see a lot of familiarities between the two books.
I saw maybe like 50 pages that seemed to be identical to the 11th hour but this book really goes in-depth and fortifies your learning with real-world examples that you can take into the test to help remember pieces of information that is testable. I like to always remember that you need to read, watch and listen to presentations to fully grasp all the cissp study guide third edition pdf download that are testable in the CISSP exam.

Content was mediocre and lacking in some areas. Definately need to use a collection of other subject matter to grasp a full understanding of some subjects.

It makes lot of tactic you do in exam void. So better go for sybex, and buy Conrad 12 hours, again sybex exam essential is enough which is in sysbex last in all chapters.

Bought this book and have found it to cover all the issues in the Stewart book plus more but in a more concise manner.
